Buku Sufi (Thabaqat Al-Khawas) dalam Timbangan Al-Qur'an dan As-Sunnah Bagian 2

Praise be to Allah, The Cherisher and Sustainer of the Worlds, and May Peace and Blessings of Allah be upon our Prophet Muhammad (saw), his family and his companions:
The book of “Tabaqaat ul-Khawass” is considered to be one of the most important references of Sufis when narrating their stories and the biographies of their sheikhs, and the book is full of lies and delusion.
The author of the book is Ahmad ibn Ahmad ibn Abde-l-Lateef Ez-Zubaidy, died (893 H) and he's the author of the book “At-Tajreed As-Saree7 Le-Ahadeeth el-Jame3 es-Sa7ee7”.

Az-Zubaidy says in his book (Page: 98) in the biography of Ismael ibn Muhammad ibn Maymoon Al-7adrameyy: (( .. and of that – talking about his miracles – is that it was well-known to people that this who kisses the foot of Al-Faqeeh (the Jurist) Ismael shall go to heaven)), then he mentioned a vision of some person who saw the Prophet (saw) saying that!!, Al-Yafe3y said: and the elite of the scholars used to kiss his foot.

Az-Zubaidy said in the biography of: Muhammad ibn Ya3qob a.k.a. Abi 7arbah (Page: 276): (( .. the owner of the well-known du'aa (prayer) which he was saying before he was created while looking in Al-Law7 Al-Ma7fooz (The Tablet Preserved))) and said also: (( .. and his grave there is well-known, being visited, being blessed by and being headed for, and the graves of his children and grand-children .. and their grave there is one of the famous graves that is being headed for and being blessed by from very far areas, any needy person who heads for them must get what he wants, and him who seeks refuge with them, nobody could ever hurt him, even if that person was one of the high authorities or anyone else)).

Az-Zubaidy mentioned (Page: 97) that one of the nicknames of Ismael Al-7adrameyy is: Stopper of the Sun, as he got late one day and he feared that the doors of the town of Zubaid would be sealed, so he pointed to the sun to stop, and the sun stopped till he got to the town and the door was still open!.

Az-Zubaidy also narrated (Page: 100) that he – Ismael Al-7adrameyy – said: (( .. the universe was put in my hands and it was said to me: O Ismael! Choose, and I chose the other life not this life, and I chose Allah and not myself)).

Abu-l-7asan 3ly El-Ahdal says: (( .. My Lord said to me – talking about Allah - : “the one who disobeys you, I would burn him with my fire”)). Az-Zubaidy said – commenting - : (( ... so, whenever he wanted to give the poor some order, he used to say: I want such and such, and he wouldn't say to them: do such and such, and he used to say: I'm afraid if they disobey me they would go to hell)) (Page: 198).

Az-Zubaidy mentioned (Page: 102) in the biography of Ismael Al-Jabarty: (( .. the sheikh once attended a listening (to music!) and suddenly he started screaming many times, he started running and saying: El-Jelbah (a small boat “I think”)! El-Jelbah!, then he stood up and started moving his hand as if he was holding something, then he stayed like that for some time, then got back to the listening, and in a few nights sheikh Ya3qoob ul-Mukhaawy returned from his journey and told that it happened while they were in the sea, that they had a storm, they sea was troubled until they were about to die, and he said: I said: O Sheikh Ismael! The raid! O People of Ya-Sin!, he said: then I saw him – by Allah – with my own eyes floating on the water like a bird, and he gripped the [Jelbah] with his hand till it settled down, and Allah saved us with sheikh Ismael's blessing)).

Az-Zubaidy said: (( .. and sheikh Ya3qoob used to travel a lot, so he complained to the sheikh about the horrors that face him in the sea!!, the sheikh said: say: O People of Ya-Sin!)).

Az-Zubaidy mentioned (Page: 275) in the biography of Muhammad ibn Ya3qoob al-Kumayt a.k.a. Aby 7arbah, that he travelled in the sea with a group of people, and they had a storm one day, the mast of the boat was broken and the sail fell down, and they were about to drown, so they sought refuge with the Jurist (Faqeeh), and asked him to stop all this, so he went to the mast, put his hand on the broken position and said: O Messenger of Allah!: Fix it!, so the mast was fixed – by the Will of Allah – and the sail was up again and they sailed in peace.

Az-Zubaidy said: and it's been told about him that he used to say: I never sought refuge with the Messenger of Allah – May Peace and Blessings be upon him – and he didn't answer me, and I see him with my own eyes)).

.. and he said in the biography of 3essa-l-Hattaar (Page: 251): (( .. and his grave is well-known there, being headed for, for visiting and being blessed by from very far places!!!, and he who seeks refuge with him can't be hurt by anyone, and he who transgresses this limit would get a fast punishment, and all his village was respected because of his blessings)).

.. and said in the biography of: Aby-l-Khattaab 3umar-al-Hamadaany (Page: 235-236): (( .. and his grave in his place in the well-known tombs in the mountains is being headed for, from everywhere for visiting and being blessed by it, and he who seeks refuge with him can't be hurt by anyone, besides, anybody who lives in his village is in peace, and nothing would make him fear, and he who thinks bad about it or hurt anyone of those who sought refuge with it would get a severe and fast punishment)).

.. and he said in the biography of Aby-l-Khattaab 3umar ibn Muhammad ibn Rasheed (Page: 236): ((and his grave ... is well-known and being headed for, for visiting and getting blessings, and it's said that he's one of seven whom if somebody kept visiting them for seven days on a row, his wish would be fulfilled)).

.. and he said in the biography of Aby-l-3abbaas Ahmad ibn 3ulwaan As-Sufi (Page: 71): (( .. and his grave there is obvious, well-known, being headed for, for visiting and getting blessed from very far places especially at the last friday of the month of Rajab!! .... and the village of the previously mentioned sheikh is respected!!, and he who seeks refuge with it can never be hurt by anyone)).

.. and he said in the biography of: Jawhar es-Sufi (Page: 121): (( .. and his grave there is one of the biggest well-known graves, being headed for, for visiting and getting blessed, and he who seeks refuge with him can never be hurt by anyone, and those who transgress this would get a fast and severe punishment)).

.. and he said in the biography of Sufyaan al-Abiany (Page: 149): (( .. and his grave there is one of the well-known graves, being headed for, for visiting and getting blessed, and he who seeks refuge with him can never be touched by anyone, and those who transgress this would get a fast and severe punishment)).

.. and he said in the biography of Tal7at-al-Hattar who was claimed to see the Prophet (saw) while he's awake, (Page:165): (( .. and there was built on him, a great dome, and his grave there is one of the well-known graves and being visited the most for getting blessed by, and he who sought refuge with him can never be hurt by anyone, and there near his grave, is a big village being ascribed to him, called: At-Tulai7iyyah, all of it is great and respected ... and in Zubaid he has a respected Zawiyah (small Masjid), he who seeks refuge with it can never be hurt by anyone, and the people really benefited from it, as it's inside the country, and he who had any problem, ran to it and acted as if he's in his own house, doing what he normally does, while in peace, and this happens with his children and grand children uptil now)).

.. and he said in the biography of Ibn el-Ghareeb (Page: 209): (( .. and his grave there is one of the great well-known graves, being headed for from very far places for visiting and asking for good and blessings, and he who seeks refuge with him can never be hurt by anyone, and those who transgress this would get a sever punishment without a warning)).

Az-Zubaidy said in the biography of Faraj en-Nubi (Page: 258): (( .. and his grave there is well-known, getting visited and blessed by, it's too rare that a needy person would head for his grave and not get what he wishes)).

Az-Zubaidy also said in the biography of Muhammad ibn Aby-Bakren el-7akamy (Page: 267): (( .. and the grave of the sheikh and the Jurist (Faqeeh) is one of the great well-known graves, being headed for, for visiting and getting blessed by from very far places, and he who seeks refuge there, gets safe and would not fear anything, and nobody can ever hurt him, of the government or anyone else)).

Az-Zubaidy said (Page: 308) in the biography of Muhammad ibn Musa ibn 3ujail, that his friend's wife died, and he used to love her very much, Az-Zubaidy said: ((he was so sorry for her, so he went for the Jurist (Faqeeh) Muhammad ibn Musa, and complained to him, and said: All I want is to see her and know what happened to her, the Jurist (Faqeeh) said sorry to him, but he didn't accept that from him and said: I would never go back without having what I asked for, and he had a place to stay at the Faqeeh's, so he gave him three days, then called him one day, and said: Enter this house to your wife, so he entered and found her in a good shape, wearing nice clothes, and asked her about how she's doing, so she said that she's find, and he was pleased, then he went out to the Jurist (Faqeeh) very glad and in a good mood, and he was in peace, and didn't feel sorry anymore)).

I said: these quotes are enough to introduce the book and his author, and those who need more, they don't need to read after today. wa Salla-llaahu wa Sallama 3ala Nabiyyina Muhammadin wa 3ala Aalehe wa Sa7behe, and Praise be to God, The Cherisher and Sustainer of the Worlds.
